please read these terms and conditions before you proceed with any orders
1. please note that our items are mostly designed by ammarahijabi team, though we do have ready to wear items that we take from our suppliers, so please consult us if you have any inquiries to avoid any misunderstandings later
2. items will only be reserved for 24 hours after we have sent out the invoice, items may be released to any asking customers after 24 hours if payment has not been completed
3. payees must send their full transaction proof in the same thread ( email ) to us after the payment has been made, if the transaction proof is not sent, please expect a delay in sending ur items.
4. in any circumstances that you are not happy with ur items, you may return the items ( agreed by both ammarahijabi and client in emails ), in 3 days after the items has been received. please ensure, the items are in their original packaging, unworn, unused and unwashed.
